Shipping & Returns

Due to Lockdown in several regions in India Shipping the books might get delayed or cancelled based on situations, information might take time to intimate the Customers. Please have patience and co-operate with us.

When we ship your order, we list the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package in Your Account, and in your shipment confirmation email. You can track your Book in your Orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Books are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page.

  2. Return will be processed only if:

    • it is determined that the Book was not damaged while in your possession;

    • the Book is not different from what was shipped to you;

    • the Book is returned should be in original condition.

  3. Books may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect book, title or edition of Book ordered.

  4. Additional information might be required to return an eligible return order.

  5. Books may be eligible for replacement only if we have the exact same items in stock.

  6. If the replacement request is placed and if we do not have the exact same Book in stock, we will provide a refund.

  7. Books purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.

 

Note: If you've received a Book in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product to request for a replacement.
